"God is to me that creative force, behind and in the universe, who manifests Himself as energy, as life, as order, as beauty, as thought, as conscience, as love." ~ Henry Sloane Coffin

No matter how much you think you are good spiritually, there are even weightier matters you must never forget or let go. In the light of my spiritual growth, these are somethings I have come to realize that you must never do away with as you grow spiritually.

1. Forgivenesss: Forgiveness sets you free. Forgce yourself for any any judgments yo feel you are not ready to forgive, u have against yourself or another. Bless and release everyone involved. See anew through the loving eyes of God. If you are not ready to forgive, cultivate a willingness to forgive, and honor your own process.

2. Faith: If you have a future desire, step into the quality of God represented by that desire,Now. Your faithful devotion to that quality will magnify your experience of it in your life. For example, if you want to expereince more love in your life, begin to love yourself and others in the way you want to be loved.

3. Mindfulness: Mindfulness brings us back to the Now. The practice of mindfulness synchronizes our thoughts with our actions and sllows us down so we may experience the presence of God in this moment. Bring your awareness to the task at hand. If you are walking, say to yourself, "life, move, step." This allows your thoughts to rest in reality.

4. Patience: Spiritual growth takes time. If you become frustrated with how long it's taking you to grow in a particular area of your life, consider how far you have come already. A bud is a beautiful blossom becoming. Enjoy each moment of the process.

5. Stillness: In addition to daily meditation practice, it is important to turn within at regular intervals during the day. No matter what you are doing, take the time to become still. Breathe it in and out. Reconnect with the presence of God within you. One moment in the aatillness is transformational.
